Andrew Edwards serves as the Assistant General Counsel at Kaplan since October 2014, providing legal advice on various commercial transactions and compliance matters for Kaplan International and Kaplan Professional UK and Ireland. Prior to Kaplan, Andrew held multiple legal roles at Cushman & Wakefield from September 2010 to October 2014, including Senior Legal Counsel, where responsibilities included negotiating commercial contracts for the EMEA region. Andrew also volunteered as a Legal Adviser for Restless Development and interned with A4ID, and gained initial legal experience as a Solicitor at DLA Piper, representing banks and private equity firms in major M&A transactions. Andrew's educational background includes a Graduate Diploma in Law and a Legal Practice Course from Nottingham Law School, following a BA in History from the University of Warwick.
