Bill Baxter is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in both education and financial management. Since July 2009, Bill has served as the Managing Partner at Paladin Partners, LLC. In addition to this role, Bill has been an instructor at WCTC since 2004, teaching a Personal Finance Course, and at Kaplan, where Bill has taught various courses including CFP, Series 7, 66, 65 & 43, along with insurance continuing education. Previously, from 2006 to 2008, Bill held the position of Director of Wealth Management Services at Integrated Financial Solutions. Bill holds a Liberal Arts degree in Communications/Theatre Arts from Winona State University, and additional education from the Brooks Institute.
