Charles Angell is a seasoned User Experience Designer with extensive experience in web and mobile application design. Currently at Kaplan since October 2016, Charles previously contributed to Workhorse Software from November 2009 to June 2015, where responsibilities encompassed full design and development of web assets and applications.
