Gerard Jean has extensive experience in desktop engineering, having worked at Kaplan Inc. since March 1998 and at Kaplan since March 1987. In the role of Desktop Engineer, Gerard has focused on the configuration and installation of desktop and laptop systems in XP/OS X environments, as well as the installation and configuration of various Windows operating systems, including NT, 2000, XP, and Windows 7, utilizing group policies and Ghost for software and image deployments. Gerard's educational background includes studies at Queens College from 1995 to 1997.
