Joy Tong is an experienced educator and consultant, currently serving as an Associate Lecturer at Singapore University of Social Sciences since July 2021. Additionally, Joy has held lecturer positions at SIM Global Education and Kaplan since January 2016 and January 2013, respectively, and has been an Associate Consultant at Civil Service College since January 2010. Prior professional experience includes serving as Assistant Vice President at OCBC Bank from June 2008 to September 2011 and working with Singapore Prison Service in OC Psychological Services from August 2003 to June 2008. Joy holds a Master of Philosophy from the University of Cambridge and is currently pursuing a PhD in Psychology at the National University of Singapore, having previously earned a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Psychology from the University of Kent.
