Kim Ryan

Kim Ryan currently serves as the Executive Director of Employee Experience at Kaplan, having previously held the role of Director of HR / Employee Experience. In this capacity, Kim provides leadership to the HR team, overseeing daily functions and supporting organizational growth. Kim’s background also includes positions such as Onsite Staffing Manager at ABR Employment Services and Talent Acquisition Manager at CenturyLink. Educational qualifications consist of an MBA from Purdue Global and a B.S. in Human Resources Management from the University of Wisconsin-Stout, along with an Associate's Degree in Human Resources / Business Administration from Western Technical College.
