Laura Dropp is an experienced professional in customer insights and marketing, currently serving as the Director of Customer Insights at Kaplan since January 2022. Prior to this role, Laura held positions as Consumer Insights Manager at Lunds & Byerlys from April 2019 to January 2022, and as Strategic Insights Manager at UnitedHealth Group from May 2016 to April 2019. Earlier in the career, Laura was the Senior Customer Shopper Insights Manager at Kimberly-Clark from January 2012 to May 2016 and worked as a Research Manager at MetrixLab from July 2003 to January 2012. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Brand Management and Marketing from UMN Carlson School of Management (2010-2012) and a B.A. in International Business and Finance from the University of St. Thomas (1998-2001), along with additional studies at Boston University, Syracuse University, Kalamazoo College, and Moorhead Senior High School.
