Mariam Iqbal

Mariam Iqbal currently serves as the People and Culture Officer at Kaplan since February 2023. Prior to this role, Mariam worked as a Hotel Receptionist at Edinburgh House Hotel, handling check-ins, checkouts, and updating room rates. With extensive experience in human resources at PTCL, Mariam held positions as an HR Generalist and Management Trainee, focusing on recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement. Early internships at PTCL and JS Bank provided foundational HR experience, including succession planning and documentation processes. Mariam holds an MBA in Human Resources and a Bachelor's in Business Administration from Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto Institute of Science and Technology, complemented by an intermediate education in Pre-Engineering.
