Matthew O'Connor is a seasoned recruitment and customer success professional, currently serving as a Senior Recruitment Specialist at Kaplan since February 2023. Prior experiences include a role as a Customer Success Representative at Financial Edge Training, where Matthew focused on customer retention and engagement strategies. Prior to that, Matthew worked as an Account Manager at Capital Talent Box and held various positions at Pearson, including Contracts & Allocations Team Leader and Recruitment Adviser, managing recruitment processes and leading a team of eight. Matthew's career began at SSAFA as a Recruitment Assistant and HR Intern, supporting recruitment efforts for the military charity. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management from the University of Chichester, completed in 2013.
