Shirley Ling

Shirley Ling is an accomplished professional in the field of education management, currently serving as the Head of US Application Management for APAC at Kaplan since January 2023. Prior to this role, Shirley held positions including Country Program Manager for Hong Kong and Macau at EF, and International Area Manager for China at Unifrog, where responsibilities involved enhancing students' access to university opportunities. Experience also includes a tenure as Head of Operations at the Hong Kong Institute of Languages and as Student Recruitment Manager at the University of Sunderland in Hong Kong, the first overseas campus of a UK institution. Earlier career highlights include working as an Admission Advisor at RDI, which later became the University of Sunderland in Hong Kong, and serving as an Education Consultant at MacGregor Education. Shirley holds a Master of Social Sciences in Counselling and a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Creative Media from City University of Hong Kong, in addition to completing a General Mediator Training Course.
