Additionally, our renewable energy portfolio, currently has 2 ambitious projects for which we are on the look-out for potential investors and financiers.

1.	A £2 million hydro-electric project with 1300 KW capacity, to be developed on the Phoenix river, near Patras in Greece. The project is already in its inception stage and production can kick-start as soon as permission is acquired from the Planning and Environmental Department in Greece.
We estimate a time-line of 6 months-1 year for production to start, and an ROI of £500,000 annually!

2. We are also awaiting Planning Permission for a £ 420,000 Solar Power Plant with a capacity of 200 KW/hr.
This project has a faster go-to-market and production can commence in as little as a month, once Planning Permission is acquired.
We estimate an ROI of 90,000 annually.

Kappa Planning invites Expression of Interest from parties who would like to finance the development of the power plants. We promise great returns on investment and an opportunity to be a part of a nation-building enterprise.
