Kapstone is a Dubai-based retail real estate and mixed-use advisory firm operating across the UAE, the GCC and select international markets. We partner with developers, landlords and brands to shape commercially stronger assets, sharper market positioning and better real estate decisions across the full lifecycle of retail and mixed-use environments.

Our work spans concept development, positioning, leasing strategy, market execution and asset performance. Every engagement is led at principal level, ensuring clients benefit from direct senior involvement, clear commercial judgement and a level of attention that is increasingly rare in the market.

With more than two decades of senior experience across landmark assets including The Dubai Mall, Dubai Festival City Mall, Ibn Battuta Mall, Nakheel Mall and Marina Mall, together with international experience at JLL Sydney and Chatswood Chase, Kapstone brings an owner-minded perspective to every mandate. We understand the commercial pressures behind development, the realities of leasing and the standards brands require before they commit. That is what allows us to move beyond recommendations and help deliver outcomes that are commercially sound, market-aware and built for long-term performance.
