Wei Jiang is a Founding Partner at Catchlight Capital Partners, a secondary venture fund focused on US tech startups, where the emphasis is on restructuring companies' cap tables to navigate compliance issues. Additionally, Wei co-founded Momentor Ventures, an early-stage fund supporting entrepreneurs, particularly Xooglers and Stanford graduates.
