KAR Presentations specialises in all forms of corporate finance training including, inter alia, courses covering the JSE Listings Requirements, Takeover Law, the Companies Act, King IV governance requirements, corporate actions strategy, valuations and IFRS. Training is provided in-person and/or virtually in the KAR Auditorium or at the client's premises. 

Our CEO, Keith Rayner, also provides consulting services and expert advice to JSE listed companies and their advisors regarding highly complex and problematic issues, charged on an hourly basis.
