The Kara Real Estate Group is a commercial and industrial real estate management and trading company, exclusively owned by Hungarians and operating as a family business for three generations. With over 35 years of experience in the Hungarian real estate market, we have become one of the few companies that have successfully adapted to the economic changes happening in our country and in Europe. During this time, we have successfully retained our core values and increased our market presence by continuously adapting to new market challenges.

Among the tenants in our family's commercial real estate portfolio, you can find names like Penny Market, Nespresso, and Generali Insurance. Our goal is to provide a new kind of proactive service, thus supporting our clients in achieving their business objectives.

The changes in the Hungarian real estate market over the past fifteen years have highlighted that traditional business policies no longer guarantee success for decades. Therefore, we have decided to establish the Kara Real Estate Group as a separate entity from our family's real estate portfolio, operating independently and exclusively in the real estate market.

Our leasing department handles the complete process of leasing and managing office, retail, and industrial properties, as well as representing tenants.

From our portfolio of nearly 500 A and A+ category office buildings and over 4 million office leasing opportunities, we provide immediate proposals and alternatives to our clients.

We are committed to earning the trust of our clients as credible experts and serving as their long-term strategic partners in achieving their business goals. Our credibility is continuously reaffirmed by our partners and clients.
