Torbjørn Forthun

Torbjørn Forthun has a diverse work experience, starting in 2003 with Odfjell Drilling, where they served as General Manager for Interactive Services until 2010. Torbjørn then moved on to Kongsberg Drilling Management Solutions, where they held the position of Managing Director from 2010 to 2012. Following that, Forthun became the CEO of Odin Petroleum AS for a brief period in 2012. In 2013, they joined Karabin AS as the Head of Oil & Gas. Since 2015, Forthun has been an Entrepreneur and Owner of multiple companies.

Torbjørn Forthun began their education at the University of Stavanger (UiS) in 1986, where they focused on studying Petroleum Economics, Marketing, and Anthropology. This period lasted until 1988, although they did not specify if they obtained any degree during this time. Following this, from 1987 to 1992, Forthun pursued their studies at the University of Bergen (UiB). Here, they obtained a degree, specifically a Cand Oecad, in Organisational Science, IT, and Economics.
