Deepak Kohli is an experienced legal and compliance professional, currently serving as DGM Legal & Compliance (Group Company Secretary) at KARAM since November 2021, after holding the position of Sr. Manager Legal & Compliance. Prior to KARAM, Deepak worked at Luminous Power Technologies (P) Ltd. as Sr. Manager - Legal from November 2007 to November 2021 and began the career as an Accounts Officer at Maheshwari & Sharad from June 2006 to February 2007. Deepak holds a Company Secretary degree from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India, an LLB from CCS University, and a B Com specializing in Corporate Affairs and Administration from Indira Gandhi National Open University.
