Eric Wei

Eric Wei has had a varied and impressive career. Eric began their professional journey as a Restructuring & Reorganization employee at The Blackstone Group in 2013. Eric then moved to McKinsey & Company in 2014 as a Consultant. In 2016, they joined Facebook as a Product Manager and then moved to Instagram in 2017 in the same role. Most recently, in 2019, they became a Cofounder & Co-CEO at Karat Financial, helping creators and influencers with their finances, such as taxes, bookkeeping, and cards. Eric has raised over $30M from Union Square Ventures & Y Combinator, as well as from top creators such as Graham Stephan, 3LAU, Nas Daily, and Josh Richards.

Eric Wei attended Harvard University, where they earned an A.B. in Economics with a Secondary Field in Psychology. Prior to that, they were Valedictorian and Senior Class President at Moorestown High School.
