The Karbon story started with a simple idea, create beverages that taste great and help our planet. Our mission is to create better beer for a better world. We are seeking real world change.

Founded in 2020, amidst a global pandemic, the founders combined their passion for the hospitality and beer industries with their need to build a better future.

Based in Toronto, Ontario, Karbon Brewing Co. is putting sustainability first in everything they do.

There has been little in the way of innovation to the sustainability aspects of brewing. Brewing requires a large amount of natural resources, water, energy, and heat, not to mention the amount of waste generated by packaging and consumption.

We aim to solve these problems one beer at a time.

WE WANT TO LEAD THE GREEN REVOLUTION IN BREWING, and bring others along with us.

We can't solve all of these problems alone, and hope to support others along the way. Partnering with local groups, 1% for the planet, industry partners, local farmers, and suppliers we know we can make an impact.
