Karboom, a career consultancy and talent management start-up, is formed with the purpose of improving the quality of work life for Iranian's current and prospect professionals. We aim to revolutionise the employers' approach to talent management and recruitment and individuals' perspective to personal development through an intelligent platform. The need for an intermediary to tackle the absence of informed workforce and the technology behind this idea made Karboom an attractive opportunity. This also brought us the support of a group of highly experienced executives across industries and well-established academics.
