Peter Sheldon

Mr. Sheldon started his career as a chartered accountant in London in 1958 and since 1971, when he left professional practice, has built a very successful international career in senior, executive and non-executive positions in a wide international range of listed and private companies. Mr. Sheldon currently also serves as non-executive chairman of BATM Advanced Communications Ltd., an Israeli technology company listed on the London Stock Exchange. As a result of his varied professional and commercial career, Mr. Sheldon has acquired total familiarity with the capital markets, its institutions and all aspects of corporate governance.

Mr. Sheldon is married and has three children and six grandchildren.
