Philipp Stempfle

Philipp Stempfle is the Director of Realization at Kardex, where they have full accountability for the organization's operations in Germany since 2025. In this role, Philipp defines and executes strategic directions for project realization, fosters a high-performance culture among leaders and project managers, and drives continuous improvement across processes. Prior to this position, Philipp served as Strategy Consultant and Product Manager at Kardex, where they were instrumental in coordinating innovation projects and overseeing product management for robotics technologies. Philipp holds a Master of Science in Business Engineering from Duale Hochschule Baden-Württemberg.
