We're passionate about real estate!

After over quarter of a century in the real estate industry KP principle, Jackson Wilson understands that the stakes of dealing with Real Estate are huge (both financial and emotional) on both sides. Sellers need a skilful negotiator to work on their behalf to look after their interests, and buyers must be assured of a fair process. Jackson has learnt that big egos are best left behind and that common sense, courtesy and a focus on ethics are rare yet sought after commodities by both seller and buyer.

Our focus on continual best practice training ensures that our team are well versed in modern real estate practices, whilst retaining the personal touch. We feel that continually striving to improve, often means layering cutting edge processes over old school service. This can and does translate into fantastic outcomes for our clients.

Many agents have very little understanding of how to negotiate the best outcome for their sellers. Our Quadrant Strategy forms a solid base for our team to achieve the highest possible price for your property. The Quadrant Strategy is inclusive of 4 key negotiation elements when working with the buyer.

This negotiation initiative highlights the important implementation of a specific negotiation strategy in order to achieve the highest price for your property. We believe that our staff need to be highly trained and skilled in this area to achieve the highest price outcomes for our sellers.
