Ryan Johnston

Ryan Johnston is a Mechanical Engineer at Kardium Inc. since September 2016, specializing in product design, manufacturing equipment and process design, prototyping, and testing for the Globe® Pulsed Field Mapping and Ablation System. Previously, Ryan supported clinical and preclinical trials as a Clinical Engineer and held various engineering positions, including Technical Advisor and Team Lead for the UVic Hybrid Team, a Mechanical Engineering Co-op at Kardium, and a Maintenance Engineering Co-op Student at BC Transit. Additionally, Ryan worked as a Mechanical Engineering Co-op Student at Teck Resources Limited, managing maintenance projects for Teck Coal's Line Creek Operations. Ryan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Victoria, completed in 2016.
