KARDO began as a small workshop in 2013, from a desire to make clothes with purpose.

Our mission is simple yet profound: craft exceptional quality menswear through a deliberate slow manufacturing process while supporting indigenous Indian craft textile communities.

We re-imagine archetypes of functional clothing with a quiet defiance: pieces made to last, designed to move with life, honest in cut and construction, proud of where they come from. We hold a global aesthetic, but we look inward and to the past for our techniques, embracing old methodologies and slow, low-impact processes to make our textiles and garments. 

At its heart, KARDO is a refusal to hide our origin story — and pride in carrying India’s craft forward on its own terms.
