Beth Dooley

Beth Dooley is a weekly columnist at Star Tribune, contributor to cooking segments at KARE 11, and contributor to the Appetites Show with Tom Crann at Minnesota Public Radio. Beth is also a cookbook author, food writer, and trip director at Wilderness Inquiry. Beth previously worked as an English teacher and co-owner of a communications firm. Beth holds a B.A. in English Language and Literature/Letters from St. Lawrence University and an M.A. from the University of New Hampshire.
