Nikki Keys

Nikki Keys is an experienced recruitment and operations manager with a significant background in the healthcare staffing sector. Currently serving as Recruitment Manager at Kare Plus since April 2016, Nikki oversees recruitment for a network of regulated nursing and home care providers. Prior to this role, Nikki held the position of Operations Manager at Flex Staffing Ltd from December 2013 to November 2015, where responsibilities included setting up and managing the nursing desk. Earlier experience includes a similar role at HCL Nursing from June 2005 to June 2013. Nikki's foundational education was completed at The Grays School in Grays, Essex between 1992 and 1996.
