Jess Ching

Jess Ching is currently the Head of Marketing at KareHero, a position they have held since 2025. Previously, they served as the Digital Marketing Manager at Work.Life from 2020 to 2023, and were involved in various roles at Soly, including Global Head of Marketing and Head of Marketing. Jess's career began at Depop as a Community Support Executive in 2016, transitioning to marketing roles at Give A Grad A Go until 2019. They hold a BA in English Literature and American Studies from the University of Birmingham and have completed multiple marketing certifications, including programs at the University of Oxford.
