Aaron Chiam is currently driving business growth within the Group CEO's Office at Karex Berhad, focusing on strategic management and commercial innovation. From 2018 to 2022, Aaron held various roles at Karex, including Growth Manager and Senior Growth Manager, where they contributed to commercial strategy and revenue growth for the world's largest condom manufacturer. Prior to this, Aaron founded and directed Hospitium Industries Sdn Bhd and interned at AIA’s Global HQ in Hong Kong. Aaron earned a Bachelor of Economics from The University of Hong Kong and is pursuing an MBA at Strathclyde Business School, expected in 2026.
