Welcome to Karibu! Where people from all walks of life can kick back and relax over a decadent brunch, discover their new fave bite with a just-squeezed juice or cheeky aperitif, and scoot up a chair for a fresh, nourishing dinner with friends.

BOLD FLAVORS
Inspired by our Mediterranean roots and love for travel, along with the most vibrant seasonal ingredients nature has to offer. We definitely don’t skimp on flavor here! Our not-so-secret mission is to get you as excited about good food as we are.

FOR THE WHOLE CREW
Vegetarian? Vegan? Gluten-free? We’ve got your back! Everyone deserves to tuck into a scrumptious meal, so we’ve flipped the traditional restaurant menu upside down to give you plenty of tempting options to choose from.

HOMEMADE ALL THE WAY
Everything (yup, everything!) is made from scratch in our kitchen. Sure, it takes more time, but it’s the only way we know how to create dishes that make your taste buds sing. Call it an act of love from us to you. We’re into it.

TOGETHERNESS
It’s not just about soulful, imaginative food that whisks you off on a new adventure each time you’re here. It’s about who you choose to share the adventure with. So cozy up at the table with your favorite people, forget to look at your phone, and laugh with food in your mouth (sorry Mom). Because eating together is quite simply the best.

X MARKS THE SPOT
Nestled between the lush green Griftpark and a medieval canal, our Hooghiemstra location is an iconic industrial monument oozing with history. We’re proud to tap into all that hard-working heritage and take our turn making history here with our incredibly talented team. And you, of course.
