Substantial relaxation and quality entertainment for everyone.

The Karinthy Theater was established long before the regime change. Its pioneering activity as the only continuously performing, independent stone theater in Buda is also an example of a change in the theater structure, which today has become a theater with a specific spirit and enjoys the support of both the profession and the critics, as well as the audience.

Játsszunk komolyan! Let's play seriously! We preserve the traditions, but by representing a modern, valid theatrical language, the theater renews itself with performances that the audience cannot see anywhere else.
