Michael started his career at Grant Thornton where he advised major companies as an M&A consultant. He then moved to Canada to lead the North American strategy and business development of Sicame, a leading company in energy transmission & distribution. From 2016 to 2018, he was the co-founder & CEO of a NewSpace start-up specialized in innovative small satellite optical systems for Earth Observation.
Michael joined Karista in 2018 to shape the SpaceTech fund and deploy it. He also has a strong focus on Tech and Digital Health investments. He is a board member or observer of Incepto, Exotrail, DEO care and Leanspace.
Michael holds a MSc in Engineering from ENIM and graduated from ESSEC Business School. He also studied in Canada (McMaster University)
