Arvind Kumar is a dedicated General Manager with a degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management. They have extensive experience in food and beverage management, having worked in high turnover multi-cuisine specialty restaurants and large-scale banqueting operations. Arvind has held various managerial positions, including F&B Manager at Lakeview Clubs Limited and Resort Manager at Sterling Holiday Resorts Limited. They are currently the Resort Operations Manager at Karma Group Global and aim to enhance guest satisfaction through efficient management and innovative food service strategies. Arvind also holds an MBA from the National Institute of Business Management.
