Founder at Karma Kebab

Pascal Labrie has been involved in the food industry since 2018. In that year, they founded Karma Kebab and co-founded Food Union with Pepijn Rijks and Thijs Bos. Pascal'srole at Food Union was to create a culinary hub in Haarlem with the goal of connecting and making food more sustainable. In 2020, they handed over the role and stopped actively participating. Additionally, they were the Culinary & Creative Director at Karma Kartel Catering, where they were responsible for concepts, menu creations, and the kitchen operations from menu engineering to operating on-site with dinners for up to 1500 people. Pascal specialized in large-scale dinners and congresses with accessible, mostly plant-based food from street food to fine dining.

Pascal Labrie has a Bachelor's degree from Hotelschool Groningen and a BA(hons) in International Business Management from Robert Gordon University.
