Caley van Cleave

Caley Van Cleave, SHRM-SCP, is the Chief of Staff at Karman+ since June 2023, where responsibilities include team building and advancing the company's asteroid mining mission. Previously, Caley served as a Human Resources Consultant for Karman+ and co-founded Iridium Helps, offering a range of HR services to businesses. In leadership roles within the Women’s Energy Network Colorado, Caley contributed to fostering career development in the energy sector. Additional experience includes Vice President of Business Development and Recruiting at Drawbridge Consulting and Search Firm, where focus was on talent needs in oil and gas, and Vice President roles at RTS CORP and FeelGoodNow.com, managing operations and recruiting. Caley holds a BSBA in International Business from the University of Denver and has studied at prominent institutions in Rome and Spain.
