Karna Vidya Foundation is a not-for-profit registered trust working with the motto "Empowerment Through Technology" for persons with visual impairment. It was started in 1999, as a service project of Rotary Club of Madras Coromandel, Chennai, India, District 3232 and is now a separate foundation and registered with the Government of Tamil Nadu.

There are five major units of KVF
1.	Karna Vidya Reading Centre (KVRC), T Nagar, Chennai.
2.	Karna Vidya Library (KVL), Adyar, Chennai.
3.	Karna Vidya Technology Centre (KVTC), Guindy, Chennai.
4.	Karna Vidya Technology Centers (KVTC)
