Patrick Smallcombe

Patrick Smallcombe, born in 1963, is a graduate of the Royal Society of Chemistry at University of South Wales and holds a Master in Business Administration from Southampton University. He is since 2019 Company Group Chairman of Johnson & Johnson in EMEA. Previously he was responsible for Johnson & Johnson's total SEA footprint and covered Janssen, Medical Device and Consumer Business. Patrick Smallcombe has also held other roles in Johnson & Johnson Asia Pacific, EMEA and North America since joining Johnson & Johnson in 2006. He also has prior experience as Managing Director of Pfizer Consumer Healthcare and Vice President, Research & Development Europe.
