Karona embody expertise in enterprise app development – collaborating with business experts to turn business objectives and strategies into revenue and benefits.

Business projects are under pressure to deliver faster with fewer resources than ever before. This is not a new thing.

We build applications. We do it well. We do it quickly.

We have full business project expertise: business analysis, business process improvement and software development. We are comfortable working with business people at all levels, to elaborate the problem that needs to be solved and make sure the system meets the needs of the business. Market-leading organisations like the John Lewis Partnership use our services and have been for over ten years. They like what we do and have regularly engaged us to run skills transfer programmes.

We believe in the advantages of small, highly effective teams. For most of the history of IT, the increasing complexity and diversity of the technology has driven teams in the opposite direction. Maintaining good communication on projects between the many specialists becomes increasingly difficult and time-consuming.

Karona’s expertise with model-based development tools and approaches goes back more than twenty years, and we have a particular interest in “low code” technologies. The new generation of tools are mature enough, capable enough, and simple enough to be seriously useful when it comes to developing enterprise apps. And thanks to web technology they create cross-platform, run-anywhere, device independent apps.

Karona offer an end-to-end development service, running tight, effective projects, with small highly productive teams and delivering world-class apps.

Karona – the right skills, the right tools, genuine commitment to your success.
