Aline Penna is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in financial planning, mergers and acquisitions, investor relations, and strategic business development. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Petz since October 2021, Aline also holds positions as a Board Member and Financial Committee Member at Tania Bulhões and as an Independent Board Member and Retail Committee Leader at Karsten S.A. Prior to these roles, Aline was the Chief Strategy Officer and Investor Relations Officer at Arezzo&Co, where notable achievements included executing key acquisitions.
