Kartay Holdings is a development and investment company created to acquire, invest and manage properties throughout South Wales.

Kartay’s strategic focus is on investing in the locality, for the benefit of its communities, through the delivery of high-quality projects. Kartay’s projects range from quality homes, commercial spaces and much needed facilities for local communities. Our ethos centres around adopting a collaborative approach to sourcing unique local opportunities and adding value to the area.

Kartays current investment portfolio has focussed primarily on Swansea City Centre and the Swansea Bay Area. Our investments seek to support, compliment and enhance the current wide-scale regeneration taking place throughout Swansea City, including the new Copr Bay Development, the new Central Library and the regeneration of Castle Square. We are committed to our city and passionate about investing and redeveloping to ensure the area positively evolves to become one of the UK’s most successful cities.

Our in-house team has a wide breadth of skills and experience across design, funding and construction to ensure we deliver innovative, functional projects that successfully meet the needs of the end user, whether it be residential, commercial, leisure or retail facilities.
