Karujog, founded on April 1, 2017, is a social enterprise dedicated to marketing and selling eco-friendly handicrafts created by women artisans trained under the non-profit organization FAIR. It was established to create a sustainable marketplace for these artisans, many of whom come from marginalized communities across Bangladesh.

The business operates under a trade license issued in the name of Afroza Sultana by Kushtia Municipality and is currently powered by a passionate team of designers, trainers, officials, and more than 300 skilled women artisans.

Hand-embroidered shawls and kanthas

Notebooks and document holders

Our primary raw materials include jute, natural cotton yarn, and recycled fabrics, ensuring both sustainability and quality.

Participation in local and national fairs (e.g., SME Foundation events)

Impact:
Through FAIR and its own initiatives, Karujog has trained nearly 800 women, empowering them to become skilled artisans and entrepreneurs. By combining traditional craftsmanship with modern design, Karujog is preserving heritage and creating economic opportunities for underserved communities.
