Aishwarya Ray

Aishwarya Ray is an experienced fellow in the non-profit organization management industry, skilled in communication, counseling psychology, and team management. Currently, Aishwarya serves as the Program Manager at Karya, where they create livelihood opportunities for rural communities. Previously, Aishwarya held the position of Strategy Alliance and Implementation Lead at Project Baala, focusing on addressing period poverty and period illiteracy. They also worked as a Lead Consultant at Learning Links Foundation, engaging with thousands of students to enhance their literacy and numeracy. Aishwarya earned a Master of Arts in Psychology from Utkal University.
