In December 2020, Kasa successfully completed its public offering on its first property and made its mark in introducing a new way of investment. Investors may realize margin by freely trading on Kasa's platform and also by receiving leasing revenues each quarter.
Aiming to expand its distribution platform services in Asia with its start in Korea, Kasa has attracted 20 billion won from domestic and global investors including Kakao Ventures and partnered with 11 organizations in the field of banking, trust management, security, and appraisal, etc. for its operations.
