Eric Dougherty

Eric Dougherty has extensive experience in executive leadership and revenue generation within the software industry. As Chief Revenue Officer at Kasada from January 2009 to January 2024, Eric provided advisory services to growth-stage software companies on sales and go-to-market strategies. Previously, at Morphisec, Eric was instrumental in restructuring and growing the go-to-market organization for a Series B startup. Eric also served as Vice President, Americas at EnterpriseDB, successfully reversing negative growth to achieve double-digit annual recurring revenue growth in 2017. While at Unitrends, Eric led worldwide sales, growing the company’s business from $17 million to a $100 million run-rate. Educationally, Eric holds a BA in Psychology and Management from the University of Rhode Island.
