Cesar Perez

Cesar Perez is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and management across various organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of Global Services at Kaseya since November 2015, Cesar has a proven track record of enhancing customer satisfaction by 10% through process improvements and effective KPI measurement. Prior roles at Kaseya included AVP Solutions Engineering and Senior Director of Customer Success Engineers. Prior to Kaseya, Cesar managed operations and customer relations at Lubrilago Perija and Petroven, Inc., where key responsibilities included inventory control and implementing loyalty programs. Cesar holds a Master’s Degree in Management Information Systems and two Bachelor’s Degrees in Computer Engineering from Florida International University and Rutgers University - Camden, respectively. Additionally, Cesar is a member of the PreSales Collective since November 2023.
