Colin Smith is a seasoned professional in technical account and customer success management, currently serving as Manager of Technical Account Management at Kaseya since February 2021. In this role, Colin leads a team of Technical Account Managers dedicated to optimizing customer utilization of Kaseya's IT Complete platform.
