Michael Dixon is a seasoned IT professional with over 18 years of experience in support and development roles, primarily within the Kaseya ecosystem. Currently serving as a Senior Support Consultant at Kaseya since June 2013, Michael previously held multiple positions at Enfusion, where contributions included creating deployment solutions that established the company as a third-party supplier to Kaseya. Michael’s background also includes significant roles at Maclean Computing, where recognition as part of a successful team led to the “Kaseya MSP of the Year” award for Australasia. Earlier experience includes programming at PwC and various engineering and leadership roles that demonstrate expertise in software development, team management, and customer support. Michael holds educational credentials from Macleans College and Unitech.
