Michael Hon-Mong

Michael Hon-Mong serves as the SVP & GM for Germany and DACH at Kaseya since October 2025. Prior to this role, Michael held the position of VP Sales for DACH at TEHTRIS from December 2023 to September 2025 and served as an advisor at systemfabrik GmbH in 2023. Michael's extensive experience in sales leadership includes notable roles such as Vice President & General Manager Sales Europe at Acronis Germany GmbH from 2018 to 2021, and Managing Director for Central & Eastern Europe at Unitrends from 2013 to 2018. Acronis Germany GmbH also benefitted from Michael's leadership as Managing Director Sales Central and Eastern Europe, where responsibilities evolved into Senior Director Sales EMEA. Earlier career highlights include managing sales at Steganos GmbH, PowerQuest Deutschland GmbH, and VUD GmbH. Michael holds a State Certified Engineer degree in Electrical Engineering from the Technical College for Technology in Bochum and a vocational diploma in Electrical Engineering from the Technical College TBS1 in Bochum. Additionally, Michael has advanced training from the MEDDIC Academy, achieving a Full MEDDPICC qualification.
