Ian Sinclair, MHA, CHE, is a Principal and VP of Healthcare at Kasian Architecture Interior Design and Planning, where they lead national and international healthcare initiatives and collaborate with healthcare principals across Canada. Prior to this role, they served as a Partner at Farrowpartnership Architects, leveraging over 25 years of experience in hospital operational and capital planning to ensure the alignment of facility design with best practices. Ian's extensive background includes a tenure as VP of Planning and Facilities at Bridgepoint Health, where they led significant capital redevelopment projects and operational strategies. They hold a Master's degree in Health Administration from the University of Ottawa and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Political Science from the University of Western Ontario.
