James Newell

James Newell is a board member at Kaskada and was an Investor at IVP from January 2009 to December 2016. James has also worked as an Associate at Bank of America Merrill Lynch from January 2004 to December 2009. During their time at IVP, James invested in more than a dozen companies, including AlienVault, Carbonite, Casper, Checkr, DoubleVerify, General Assembly, Kayak, LegalZoom, Prosper, Sauce Labs SoFi and Zerto.

James Newell completed their MBA in Entrepreneurial Management from The Wharton School. James also holds a BA in Finance from the University of Washington - Michael G. Foster School of Business and a BA in Economics from the University of Washington.
